Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager, Identification Accuracy based in Poland, a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of ML, data science, and fraud prevention.

You will lead a globally distributed, fully remote team, shaping the roadmap and directing production ML systems at scale while collaborating with product and customer-facing teams to translate business needs into technical priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software/ML or related field.
• 2+ years leading ML/data science team.
• Experience delivering production ML systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools.
• Experience with large-scale data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team.
• Own the team’s technical roadmap with stakeholders.
• Drive model accuracy by training, evaluating, and deploying ML models.
• Oversee production ML systems, data pipelines, and deployment.
• Collaborate with platform and API teams on requirements and latency.
• Translate customer needs into technical initiatives and product improvements.
• Communicate model performance and risks to stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and build high-performing culture.
• Improve ML practices, including MLOps and data workflows.
