• Proficient in architecture, risk assessments, and estimations.
• Deep technical understanding to audit code and architecture.
• Excellent at navigating multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of 30+ engineers across several domains.
• Coach Tech Leads and help them grow.
• Define coding and delivery standards.
• Own engineering capability across commerce technologies.
• Jump into crisis projects and propose recovery plans.
