Responsibilities

Define and drive the engineering roadmap aligned with product goals.
Lead, mentor and unblock engineers; set priorities.
Make architectural decisions focusing on scalability and reliability.
Deliver complex technical projects from planning to execution.
Translate requirements with product and business stakeholders.
Establish and improve engineering processes and standards.
Stay hands-on when deeper technical input is needed.
Evaluate new technologies across Cloud, AI, Blockchain and more.
Improve team performance and delivery quality as the company scales.
