Job summary

ecosio is a fast-growing provider of B2B integration, specialising in EDI, Web EDI and e-invoicing, and part of Vertex, Inc. The role focuses on optimizing e-invoicing and global supply chains, coordinating complex integrations, and serving as the main technical interface between customers, their ERP systems and our cloud platform.

You will work with international customers, lead onboarding after handover from Sales, and ensure project success by solving technical issues and coordinating

Qualifications

• Multiple years of work experience in e-invoicing and/or EDI.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Know-how in project management and/or logistics.
• Experience with ERP integration and data formats like XML, CSV, IDocs.
• Familiarity with EDI formats such as XML, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and protocols like AS2/OFTP2/PEPPOL.

Responsibilities

• Optimize e-invoicing and global supply chains by planning, coordinating and implementing EDI projects on our cloud platform.
• Communicate with partner companies, customers and their suppliers worldwide.
• Interface between customers' ERP systems and our SaaS platform.
• Lead onboarding of new customers after handover from Sales and advance integration projects.
• Act as sparring partner for customers and resolve technical issues.
• Proactively ensure project success and timely delivery.
• Coordinate mappings for e-invoicing and EDI integration with the document engineering team.
• Encourage evaluation and adoption of new tools and processes for projects.
