Victorious is seeking a Director of Search and Client Delivery to lead SEO and content service teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and scalable processes. You will partner with enterprise clients, translating complex SEO into clear marketing outcomes while guiding senior teams.

You will own QA standards, capacity forecasting, and workflow improvements, collaborating with the Principal Search Strategy to turn innovative SEO methods into repeatable services and education for the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and developing teams of SEO and content professionals.
• Track record building QA programs and quality standards for search deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with capacity planning and utilization management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop SEO and content team leads and establish clear goals.
• Support account teams on client strategy and translate SEO insights into outcomes.
• Own quality standards and design QA processes for deliverables.
• Forecast capacity against account load and manage staffing accordingly.
• Map workflows, create SOPs, and improve project management systems.
• Partner with Principal Search Strategy to roll out new methodologies.
