Job description

This role exists to champion our clients and make their businesses impossible to miss on Google. When their visibility climbs, so do their leads and sales, and you'll be the one driving that growth. You'll own the execution of our SEO Process, delivering high-quality monthly work on time, every time, so each client sees real, measurable gains in search.

This is a remote role with flexible working hours. You are free to work when you choose but we ask all employees outside of the USA to be available for communication and ready for last-minute urgent requests/ meetings when necessary at anytime between 9 am - 3 pm US Eastern time.

Ideal Qualifications For this Role

• At least 4 years of experience in the field
• At least one year of experience working in an agency with a similar structure meaning that you work on multiple accounts. You were responsible for achieving a desired result for the clients , you had a team that supported you in your work, and you had some form of manager to report to.
• Experience in driving Local SEO initiatives. You understand the value of the map pack and are able to adjust your implementation to make sure that you’re work is focused on driving the needle that results in increased quality traffic.

• Success is measured using a simple composite KPI made up of Local Market Share (LMS) and SERPs rankings. Clients are considered “winning” when they reach a combined score of 8+ points across LMS and SERPs (MIN score)

• Our SEO clients pay for our expertise and a defined set of deliverables designed to drive measurable SEO visibility and results. Each client is enrolled in a structured 6-month engagement, with a specific list of monthly deliverables that form the foundation of the SEO work you'll execute.

Continuous Opportunity Identification

• You consistently identify and implement new opportunities to improve your clients’ visibility in Google Search and Local Maps, such as content improvements, keyword expansion, technical fixes, and authority-building initiatives.

• Ability to implement advanced On-Page SEO practices (Internal Linking, Silo-ing, Schema Markup) Your Technical SEO Practice is sound and everything you do is with intention.
• Ability to optimize a Google Business Profile to drive results and visibility in local maps rankings and overtake market share
• Ability to intentionally leverage off-page resources to boost the authority of a brand. This is vital to your client succeeding in both the SERPs and Local Maps.
• Ability to audit a competitor’s website that is ranking well and reverse-engineer SEO practices that you’re falling behind on in order to implement adjustments and change the trajectory of your client’s website
• Ability to prepare a comprehensive SEO Audit of any brand and communicate it on a simpler level for others with less expertise to understand
• Ability to identify opportunities to use Content to push rankings forward on specific keywords that will result in more conversions for your clients
• Able to identify when current strategies in play are not procuring the intended results and able to make quick adjustments to change the trajectory of your clients
• Ability to navigate and analyze data effectively in GA4 (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager)
• Ability to perform advanced keyword research and intent analysis (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Keyword Planner etc)

Duties & Responsibilities

These are some of the core activities/tasks to be performed daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly that you will have on your plate. This is not an exhaustive list.

• Monthly reporting to the Head of Fulfillment
• Execution of the SEO process based on the package that a client assigned to you
• Collaboration with the Client Success team in order to provide support to them as they handle client interactions (reporting, calls, zoom meetings,etc.)
• Collaboration and cooperation with the website team during any website rebuilds that any of your clients may go through

Compensation

We pay you for the value you have and create at Rotate Di​gital.

Pay range is dependent on experience.

• $24,000 to $43,200 USD annual salary
• OTE: $27,000 - $50,000 annual salary
• Annual pay raise increase based on tenure
• Quarterly Bonus Structure based on performance is built into the role
• Quarterly Team Performance Compensation structure
