Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead technology and cyber security initiatives across the Digital & Technology function. The role covers governance, planning, and end-to-end delivery for Run and Maintain projects in a global context, with a focus on risk mitigation and clear executive reporting.

You'll drive multi-country platform rollouts, data privacy programs, and ensure security is integrated early in projects.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience delivering projects in Digital, Technology or Change environments.
• Strong grounding in structured delivery approaches (Waterfall or hybrid).
• Experience managing risks and dependencies in complex matrixed environments.
• Experience facilitating governance forums and leadership reporting/presentations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English; international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of assigned projects from initiation to closure using Waterfall or hybrid frameworks.
• Build and maintain plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths; manage change transparently.
• Support stage gates and audits; keep governance artefacts and controls in order.
• Identify and elevate risks, issues and dependencies with clear mitigation actions.
• Act as main contact for business, technology and supplier stakeholders.
• Manage third-party supplier delivery against timelines, quality and contracts.
• Deliver accurate, decision-focused reporting to portfolio, performance and assurance forums.
• Provide visibility of end-to-end security alongside technology delivery.
• Bring security into project lifecycles early to enable delivery.
• Support AI governance and risk management adoption.
