Job summary

HP in Poland is seeking a Junior Data & Finance Analyst to support the Print Marketing and Logistics Finance team by analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial and operational results. You will identify variances and offer recommendations to key stakeholders while assisting in budgeting and forecasting and ensuring reporting compliance.

You will perform data extraction and financial analysis, support monthly expense and capital reviews, and help close the books with accurate forecasts

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 0-2 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field.
• Basic understanding of finance processes and principles; strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs data extraction and diagnosis of financial drivers to inform stakeholders.
• Conducts comprehensive financial analysis supporting key business initiatives.
• Gathers inputs for monthly expenses and capital budgeting, analyzes variances.
• Interprets forecasts, budgets, income statements, and cash flow documents.
• Supports closing the books and develops forecasts aligned with business objectives.
• Ensures compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies.
