Next Job Abroad is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join the support team of a global streaming platform. Work remotely from Greece and enjoy relocation assistance as you build an international career.

You will assist Danish-speaking customers with account, subscription, and technical issues, delivering friendly, effective support and guiding users through the platform’s features.

Qualifications

• Speaks fluent Danish.
• Has good English communication skills.
• Enjoys helping people solve problems.
• Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Has previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
• Is excited about living and working abroad.

Responsibilities

• You'll support Danish-speaking customers via phone and chat.
• Troubleshooting streaming, login and payment issues.
