Job summary

emplify GmbH is seeking an AI Data Annotation Specialist with Danish to support content review and moderation for Poland-based operations. The role focuses on ensuring quality, handling administrative tasks, and acting as a primary contact for content-related issues.

The position is fully remote from anywhere in Poland, working Monday through Friday, with exposure to user-generated content. Danish proficiency and attention to detail are essential to meet guidelines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in Danish.
• Familiar with the culture of Danish language.
• Experience within data annotation / labelling.
• Great attention to details and strong analytical skills.
• Fast critical thinking.
• Strong self-organization, decision making with objectivity.
• Resilience - exposure to disturbing content.

Responsibilities

• Review videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance according to processes, policies and guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
• Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions.
• Resolve situations that may arise during production.
• Make well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledge.
