Job summary

emplify GmbH is seeking an AI Data Annotation Specialist with Finnish to join a remote Poland-based team. You will review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring alignment with guidelines and quality standards while supporting client satisfaction.

The role requires Finnish language proficiency, data annotation experience, strong attention to detail and resilience to disturbing content. Work days are Monday to Friday; remote from anywhere in Poland, with a joining bonus for August.

Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in Finnish.
• Familiar with the culture of Finnish language.
• Experience within data annotation / labelling.
• Great attention to details and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance with processes, policies and guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
• Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety and monitoring social media.
• Make well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledge.
