The role involves responding to Trust & Safety inquiries and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand safety, with remote work available from anywhere in Poland.

Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in Danish.
• Familiar with the culture of Danish language.
• Experience within data annotation / labelling.
• Great attention to details and strong analytical skills.
• Fast critical thinking and objective decision making.

Responsibilities

• Review videos and judge videos/accounts according to processes, policies and guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
• Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions.
• Resolve situations during production with timely, measured responses.
• Make well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledge.
