KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own all conversion tests across sites, landing pages, paid funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. You will set strategy, build backlog, brief and QA tests, launch experiments and ship winning variants.

We spend millions on META and value data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands, deep Intelligems knowledge, and proven results lifting CVR, AOV or RPV.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands
• Proven results lifting CVR/AOV/RPV with data to back it up
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages
• Experience briefing developers/designers and managing a CRO agency
• Excellent cultural fit and remote-work readiness

Responsabilités

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, prioritised by impact
• Build, QA and launch paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages
• Run weekly CRO and Funnels meetings; report KPI progress
• Manage CRO agency and coordinate with Head of Growth on in-house transition
• Ensure tests meet significance and are documented with learnings
