JoVE is a world-leading video platform for scientific research and education, offering remote work and global collaboration. We seek a Content Producer to develop engaging microlearning videos, overseeing the content journey from research to final production.

You will script, storyboard, and validate quality in collaboration with SMEs and production teams. The ideal candidate brings strong instructional thinking, storytelling, research skills, and proficiency with AI tools to translate complex

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design & Business/Media or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in instructional content, learning design, scriptwriting, or video production.
• Excellent writing, editing, research, and storytelling skills, with strong American English.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts into concise, practical content.
• Strong understanding of learning objectives, microlearning, scenarios, and assessment design.
• Ability to translate scripts into clear storyboards and production directions.
• Portfolio of instructional scripts or microlearning content preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Research business and professional skills topics using credible sources and translate them into learner-centered microlearning content.
• Write concise, engaging video scripts aligned with learning objectives and outcomes.
• Develop relatable workplace scenarios, hooks, narratives, and practical examples.
• Translate approved scripts into production-ready storyboards and on-screen text.
• Use generative AI and content-production tools to support research, ideation, scripting, and workflows while ensuring quality.
• Collaborate with animation, voice-over, design, SMEs, and quality teams to take content from script to final video.
• Review animatics, voice-over, animation, graphics, and video versions for instructional accuracy and clarity.
• Create supporting learning assets, including quizzes, visual summaries, landing pages, and video metadata.
• Manage multiple lessons across production stages with consistent quality and learner experience.
