Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions in Warsaw seeks a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to support clinical supply planning across the Drug Development and Supply network. You will update systems, input data and manage operations to coordinate plans with internal and external manufacturing partners.

The role requires strong Excel and planning skills, ability to work in a matrix environment, and experience in inventory management within a global supply chain.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze complex workbooks for planning and inventory.
• Understanding of planning activities between supply chain nodes and key master data elements (yields, lot sizes, lead times).
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and influence stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, quality and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivering achievable supply plans that meet project timelines.
• Maintain master data, supply plans, and inventory projections for Drug Product, Placebo Bulk, Commercial Product, and Primary Packs.
• Liaise with network partners to align forecast updates, delivery dates, and release updates for clinical supply plans.
• Facilitate and document supply planning meetings including materials and actions in D&OP cycle.
• Capture and update information for long-range planning to support capacity planning.
• Provide inputs to secondary pack readiness and supply chain network planning.
• Execute and follow shipping requests to move bulk materials within the supply chain.
• Support projects that address supply chain planning issues.
