Job summary

Everest Clinical Research, a global CRO, is expanding its biometrics team in Poland with a home-based role for Clinical Data Managers near Warsaw. You will lead data processing activities, design CRFs, validate data, and ensure quality across studies.

The role emphasizes data integrity, project leadership, and collaboration with sponsors and internal teams, while operating under our Work from Home policy and supporting the growing biometrics center of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health and/or pharmaceutical sciences with at least 2 years of experience in clinical trial data capture and management
• In-depth understanding of clinical data management concepts, processes and procedures, and related regulations and standards
• Strong leadership skills to excel in leading data management projects

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and perform data processing and management activities in a timely, accurate manner per sponsor requirements
• Lead data processing projects, coordinate timelines and activities
• Develop and maintain standard database validation checks for modules
• Define and monitor dataflow, QC processes per SOPs and guidelines
• Design and review CRFs and database schemas, test data capture screens
• Validate electronically captured data and write queries for missing or out-of-range data
• Perform QC on databases during trials and archival of data/documentation
• Train and supervise data entry and junior data management staff
• Distribute study progress reports to team members
• Assist in resolving data coding discrepancies for medical events and medications
• Coordinate archival of trial data and documentation
• Support QA personnel in performing QA procedures on CRFs and databases
