Job summary

Phastar is seeking a Data Coordinator II to contribute to clinical and non-clinical trials. You will participate in specifying, programming and UAT of eCRFs, and help produce the Data Handling Manual.

You will review data listings, action queries, and support data cleaning for non-complex studies in a fully remote setting. Qualifications include higher education or relevant experience, strong English, and EDC system experience (Medidata, Medrio, Viedoc or CrsCube).

Qualifications

• Higher education qualification or relevant experience.
• Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
• EDC experience essential for this role.
• Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with database testing, data review and document drafting.
• Familiarity with Medrio, Viedoc or CrsCube is advantageous.
• Experience contributing to EDC specifications and edit check specifications is advantageous.
• Some knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry with awareness of clinical trial issues.

Responsibilities

• Work as a data coordinator II on clinical and non-clinical trials.
• Participate in specifying, programming and User Acceptance Testing of eCRFs and edit checks.
• Produce and review sections of the Data Handling Manual.
• Contribute to clinical coding and processing of third party data.
• Review data listings and eCRFs and action queries to produce a clean database.
• Take responsibility for all DM deliverables for non-complex studies.
