Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, and concise client communication within the Assetara workspace.
• Deliver concierge-style support and scheduled client calls; assist with platform navigation.
• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA disciplines, and perform proactive outreach.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without exposing personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags or compliance-exceeding issues per company rules.
