Motorola Solutions in Kraków is seeking a passionate C# Cloud Engineer to join our team and help build the future of public safety. As part of our agile, cross-functional teams, you will take ownership of end-to-end features and develop cutting-edge, cloud-based solutions that empower first responders and communities.

Our products are built primarily in C#, utilizing a modern software architecture that spans from hardware-level integration to high-level abstractions.

Qualifications

• Around 4 years of hands-on experience in C# software development and the .NET ecosystem.
• Practical experience with Cloud Computing, preferably Microsoft Azure (or equivalent AWS/GCP platforms).
• Proficient with Microsoft-based development tools, particularly Visual Studio and VS Code.
• Solid experience with GIT version control and branching workflows.
• Good understanding of clean code practices, software design patterns, and unit testing.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practical experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team spirit, and adaptability.
• Communicative English (written and spoken) to work comfortably in an international environment.
• Hands-on experience or active engagement with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to optimize workflows.
