Job summary

Fountain Forward International is seeking a freelance BI Analyst to join our distributed team. You will handle data entry, processing, and standardized reporting across multiple sources, delivering timely analytics for clients and internal teams.

Strong accuracy, SLAs, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success. Responsibilities include preparing data, generating forward progress and ad performance reports, and supporting budget insights through cross-channel analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
• Ability to process large datasets with accuracy and speed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Processing: Prepare, verify data from CRM, GA4, inventory feeds, offline events, and competitor pools; update Fountain Tracker and templates; flag discrepancies.
• Reporting & Analytics Execution: Generate Forward Progress Reports within SLA; produce ad performance reports for Meta Ads and Google Ads; deliver ad hoc reports and client requests; guide goal-pacing sessions; analyze campaigns for insights.
• Process Compliance: Follow SOPs; complete requests within SLA; document tasks in ClickUp; gather client requirements with CSMs/PMs; coordinate with teams to define project scopes and timelines; assist in data pipeline troubleshooting; support process improvements.
