Job summary

Airborne ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver fully remote telehealth ABA services to children and families across Colorado.

The role is 100% remote and full-time, offering a compensation range of $85,000–$130,000 per year depending on experience and hours selected.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA certification.
• Ability to work MST hours.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong telehealth communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and capable delivering services remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments via telehealth and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions using virtual tools.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Provide virtual supervision, coaching, and oversight to RBTs.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary partners remotely.
• Maintain compliant documentation and uphold ethical standards.
