Job summary

A progressive healthcare platform in Poland is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for part-time consulting roles. You will provide clinical guidance and support in expanding autism services while enjoying operational support to help develop your practice. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to influence care models and lead initiatives in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will hold an active BCBA license and have a passion for improving autism care delivery. Compensation ranges from $100 to $150 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have an active BCBA license in good standing in Arizona.
• Familiarity with utilization-management processes is an advantage.
• Passionate about expanding autism care and improving outcomes.
• Willing to collaborate remotely and flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical advice regarding state regulations and care models.
• Act as a primary provider in commercial and Medicaid plan applications.
• Critique and guide product improvements based on tech stack.
• Optionally start seeing clients to build your own practice.
