Job summary

BluHope is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing clinical team serving children and families in Columbus, Georgia and the surrounding communities. We provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy—and we've built an environment that supports manageable caseloads, accessible clinical leadership, and respect for your clinical judgment.

You will conduct assessments, design and monitor behavior intervention programs, supervise RBTs, deliver parent training, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Georgia licensure as a behavior analyst, or eligibility.
• Experience with pediatric ABA in home, school, clinic, or community settings.
• Strong communication skills with families and team members.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (FBAs, skill assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, monitor, and update behavior intervention programs based on data.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs, including scheduled in-field supervision.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers.
• Maintain documentation in line with BACB and payer requirements.
