RedStone is seeking Mid and Senior Backend Engineers to build and scale its Oracle infrastructure powering blockchain applications. You will work on distributed systems delivering reliable, secure, and low-latency data across ecosystems, joining a team of about 50 professionals with Poland-based engineering collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial backend development experience.
• Experience designing and building scalable software.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable and secure code.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivered solutions.
• Nice to have: experience building distributed systems.
• Nice to have: blockchain/DeFi exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement data-fetching, aggregation, and verification pipelines.
• Participate in protocol design and optimization processes.
• Deploy and monitor blockchain nodes to ensure network stability and reliability.
