Alignerr is seeking a Back End Developer to design, build, and optimize the server-side systems and APIs powering AI products. This is a fully remote hourly contract based from Poznań, Poland, with 10–40 hours per week.

You’ll work asynchronously with distributed teams and contribute to data pipelines, microservices, and scalable infrastructure. You should be proficient in modern backend languages, REST, databases, cloud platforms, and containers, with a strong focus on reliable, well-documented

Formación

• Strong experience building back-end services and APIs.
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or Rust.
• Experience with RESTful design, microservices, and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain back end services and data pipelines.
• Build scalable server-side architecture for AI workloads.
• Write clean, documented, testable code following best practices.
• Integrate with databases, queues, cloud services, and APIs.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct code reviews.
• Work independently on task-based assignments.
