Job summary

Univio is seeking an Azure Data Engineer with DevOps competencies for a flexible remote role in Poland. You will design and maintain data pipelines, deploy ML models, and manage cloud infrastructure with a focus on Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Collaborate with Data Science, ML, and Software Engineering teams to optimize deployment processes and ensure scalable, reliable data systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of ETL tools and data processing pipelines.
• Ability to develop data infrastructure diagrams and data models.
• Experience with Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting in Python or Bash.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and ML lifecycle management (MLOps).
• Strong teamwork with technologists and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain data processing and transformation pipelines.
• Build and automate environments for training and deploying ML models.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP welcome) and containerization.
• Implement tools for model, data, and code versioning (e.g., MLflow, DVC).
• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents as needed.
• Collaborate with Data Science, ML, and Software Engineering teams to improve deployment processes.
