Job summary

DOU Polska is seeking a Middle Azure DevOps Engineer to join a client-focused team delivering cloud-native infrastructure and data-intensive platforms on Azure. The role is remote with a full-time commitment, offering exposure to modern DevOps practices, IaC, and observability tooling.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate cloud provisioning with Terraform, and collaborate with data and development teams to improve deployment reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on DevOps/Cloud/Ops experience.
• Strong Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps expertise.
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Terraform IaC experience.
• Experience with data-oriented environments and data platforms.
• Understanding of database concepts, performance optimization, and ops support.
• English B2 level; Ukrainian (native) language skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and GitLab.
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management with Terraform and Azure services.
• Support and optimize environments hosting data platforms, analytics solutions, and business applications.
• Collaborate with development and data teams to streamline deployments and improve efficiency.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and contribute to platform standardization.
• Manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and availability with observability tools.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployments, and database issues.
