Job summary

Pasiflora AI LLC is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to quality-check pre-recorded customer service conversations for an AI data project. This part-time, remote role involves correcting transcripts, verifying policy compliance, and flagging items for further review.

You will document notes clearly and escalate questionable content. Candidates should have fluent English, experience with AI data workflows or transcription, and reliable availability for a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1–C2) required for following conversations, transcription, and corrections.
• Experience in AI data training or AI data preparation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with audio transcription, annotation, or transcript correction.
• Able to apply policy rules consistently and document or flag issues clearly.
• Quality assurance or quality control experience is preferred.
• Able to commit to and reliably meet an agreed part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-recorded customer service conversations.
• Correct and validate transcripts against the audio.
• Check that agents followed the required policy rules.
• Mark each item as ready for delivery or flag it for further review.
• Write clear notes on anything questionable.
