Job summary

Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Łódź seeks a Collection Specialist to manage receivables from customers and ensure timely debt collection. You will work within a multi-functional team handling Finance, Customer Service, and IS/IT to optimize cash flow.

The role requires AR experience in an international setting, strong English, and solid finance basics. On-site in Łódź with extensive development opportunities and healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• AR experience in an international organisation (shared services)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Basic Finance and Accounting knowledge

Responsibilities

• Keep track of outstanding invoices and ensure payment terms are followed
• Proactively contact clients via phone/email to remind of overdue payments
• Coordinate adjustments, write-offs, refunds to keep portfolios in order
• Prepare reports and monitor portfolio status in the system
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Finance to resolve payment issues promptly
