ALTER SOLUTIONS POLSKA Sp. z o.o. seeks a skilled Android developer to build a mobile application for field inspection teams, with BLE integration to inspection robots. You will focus on high performance, usability, and reliability in demanding real-world environments.

Responsibilities include Kotlin-based Android development, BLE module maintenance, scheduling features, and collaborating on UI/UX. Join Agile teams delivering robust mobile solutions with CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Android development.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack components.
• Experience with Android architectures MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RxJava.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Android applications using Kotlin.
• Improve and maintain BLE modules for connecting to inspection robots, configuring devices, managing communication.
• Build scheduling and task management functionalities for field teams.
• Collaborate with designers to deliver optimized mobile UI/UX.
• Ensure application observability (logging, monitoring, error reporting).
• Improve quality through unit testing, automated UI testing and CI/CD pipelines.
