This 100% remote, B2B role involves drafting and maintaining standards, defining conformance rules, and creating compliant/non-compliant examples with remediation guidance. You will collaborate with technical, data and product stakeholders to ensure practicality and

Qualifications

Experience in technical writing, standards or requirements analysis.
Ability to translate ambiguous content into clear and testable requirements.
Familiarity with MUST / SHOULD / MAY, acceptance criteria or conformance models.
Knowledge of data governance, metadata, APIs or data quality.
Ability to create documentation for human and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

Draft and maintain clear, structured technical standards.
Convert narrative content into atomic, testable requirements.
Define conformance rules, exceptions and expected evidence.
Create compliant/non-compliant examples and remediation guidance.
Work with technical, data and product stakeholders to ensure standards are practical and measurable.
