Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design and deploy scalable AI solutions that integrate with enterprise data platforms. The role collaborates with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI capabilities and automation.

The candidate should have 3+ years in AI/Data/Software engineering, strong Python/SQL, and hands-on Databricks, Spark, and Azure experience. Fully remote within Poland with an international project environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Data Eng, Software Eng, or related field.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, MCP servers, or AI platform development.
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Azure services (Azure Databricks, Synapse, Fabric, Functions, Event Hub).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, MLOps, automation, and model monitoring.
• Knowledge of microservices, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions in production environments.
• Build reusable AI components, frameworks, and pipelines.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise data platforms.
• Optimize AI workloads and data processing pipelines.
