Job summary

People More seeks a Technical Project Lead – AI/ML to drive end-to-end AI initiatives. You will translate business concepts into technical roadmaps, manage client expectations, and lead a small, international team from Kraków or remote.

You will hands-on develop Python-based AI/ML solutions, oversee architecture, and ensure delivery within agreed schedules while communicating complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in software engineering, AI, ML, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading technical AI/ML projects with defined scope and timelines.
• Strong Python production coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of AI/ML projects with architectural consistency.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models including CV, DL, NLP.
• Coordinate engineering tasks and review work across multiple projects.
