Job summary

a16z-speedrun is seeking fluent multilingual speakers to evaluate and improve AI systems. You will review AI-generated text and audio across listed languages, rating grammar, tone, and cultural relevance.

Expect about 10 hours per week of remote, independent contractor work with weekly payments and flexible scheduling. Strong reading and writing skills, regional language nuances, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Native or highly fluent speakers of at least one listed language.
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• High attention to grammar, detail, and regional nuances.
• Comfortable using web-based tools remotely.
• Experience in translation, linguistics, education, writing, transcription, content moderation, or data annotation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated text and audio in your chosen languages.
• Review and rate grammar, spelling, tone, fluency, and cultural relevance.
• Identify complex or unnatural language outputs.
• Provide clear corrections and constructive feedback.
• Complete approximately 10 hours of remote assignments per week.
• Maintain consistent quality and provide actionable insights.
