Astek Polska sp. z o.o. is seeking a Product Manager (K/M) for a client in HR technology, focusing on adapting Noa’s LLM-powered capabilities to the French market.

This role involves product discovery, prototyping from scratch, and scaling production features in collaboration with engineering and design teams. Fluency in French and English is required, with at least 5 years in Product Management and hands-on AI/LLM product experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in complex environments.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM-powered products in production.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and back.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for Noa’s LLM-powered capabilities for the French market.
• Own cross-system delivery with engineering and design teams.
• Conduct user and stakeholder research to guide product decisions.
• Prototype new solutions with design/engineering and validate with users.
• Define and monitor success metrics for the French market.
