Job summary

Albatross AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our go-to-market team. You will own technical deployments of Albatross primitives with customers, coordinating with their engineering, data, and product teams to move from integration to model launch and measurable impact.

You’ll be the primary technical liaison, translating customer needs into deployable solutions, training models, and tracking performance with dashboards across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or computer science.
• Proficiency in Python or another scripting language.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex datasets.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain concepts to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Eligible to work in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments end-to-end, from onboarding and data integration through production launch.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers with their engineering, data, and product teams.
• Understand customer use cases, pain points, business objectives, and technical environments to ensure successful deployment.
• Shape clients' use cases, translating business needs into technical solutions with our R&D team.
• Dive into client data to ensure quality and correctness.
• Train and monitor ML models, using metrics and dashboards to track performance and impact.
