Doist is looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade AI and GenAI solutions across the company. Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate processes and boost service delivery.
• Build production-grade GenAI apps—LLM-powered features, AI agents, copilots, and orchestrations.
• Contribute to PoCs and pilots; prototype capabilities and push to prod when validated.
• Develop and integrate AI agents and multi-agent systems using orchestration frameworks.
• Build APIs and microservices exposing AI capabilities to internal teams and products.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, ITSM, data warehouse via APIs/connectors.
• Ensure designs scale, reliable, and support change management with versioning and contracts.
• Contribute to responsible AI practices by translating principles into standards and patterns.
• Implement governance and security in code: data classification, prompt defence, auditing, RBAC.
