Job summary

Coinspaid Solutions, a fintech crypto company, is hiring an Accountant for its remote-friendly team. You will handle month-end close, reconciliations, and auditing preparations in a fast-paced, globally distributed setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of accounting experience, IFRS/GAAP awareness, and strong Excel skills. Fluency in English is required, Russian is a plus, with remote work flexibility and ongoing automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP (nice to have).
• Experience with 1C and Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and journal entries.
• Review invoices, payment requests, and expense reports.
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, crypto wallets, and merchant accounts.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Assist with accounting systems implementation and automation tools.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
