Citi Handlowy in Warsaw is seeking a Relationship Associate to build links with client networks and internal teams, serving as a key contact for requests and issue resolution. You will support Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory requirements, coordinate credit requests and approvals, and collaborate with product partners to identify opportunities.

The role involves working in a hybrid office setting with regular documentation of client interactions and ensuring risk and compliance standards

Qualifications

• 5-8 years relevant experience, including credit.
• Experience as a Relationship Manager would be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with client network and internal teams, acting as a main contact for requests and escalation.
• Ensure timely completion of KYC and regulatory requirements in partnership with product partners and RMs.
• Coordinate credit requests and approvals; prepare and align with product partners to identify revenue opportunities.
• Document and refresh client hierarchies, monitor credit line usage, and support annual reviews with Risk teams.
