Johnson & Johnson in Poland seeks a RA Process & Project Coordinator based in Warsaw to keep projects and events running smoothly, translating needs into practical plans and ensuring timely delivery across regions.

You will coordinate meetings, onboarding, vendor relationships, and data, while supporting the Director and cross-functional teams to improve governance, reporting and operational efficiency using Microsoft 365 tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project coordination, project operations, or similar functions.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical/regulated environment preferred.
• Fluent English and Polish with跨-country collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own or co-own defined operational processes and local projects, including scope definition, planning, milestones, and action tracking.
• Translate business needs into practical project plans, trackers and routines for regional delivery.
• Co-ordinate recurring Hub and LS activities, ensuring priorities and risks are visible.
• Prepare and analyse operational data, project status updates and metrics for decisions.
• Maintain cross-functional project plans, reports, and documentation repositories.
• Support onsite Hub events, leadership meetings and onboarding sessions, including logistics and vendor coordination.
• Act as local interface to vendors, universities, HR, IT, Finance and facilities teams.
• Provide onboarding support for new starters and contractors; track day-1 readiness.
• Manage LS PO and payment tracking, budget reconciliation, and timing of payments.
