Job summary

DP World seeks a Regional Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal processes for its logistics business, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver competitive submissions aligned with customer needs and company goals.

This individual contributor role focuses on proposal strategy, content creation, and content management, ensuring timely, quality submissions within defined deadlines, while advancing digital tools and innovation.

Qualifications

• Must have a university degree in business administration, economics, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of tender management experience with solid business understanding.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain industry is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Interest in innovation and digital tools for smarter work.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to identify key requirements.
• Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals.
• Supporting preparation and submission of compliant proposals (excluding pricing).
• Coordinating with Marketing, IT, Product, and SMEs for content alignment.
• Ensuring adherence to proposal management processes and standards.
• Supporting implementation of proposal management software and CMS updates.
