Job summary

Inchcape Europe & Africa is seeking a Regional Security Coordinator to oversee security across Europe. You will coordinate activities with regional leadership, implement security standards, assess risks, and support incident response while liaising with law enforcement and security providers.

You will advise on geopolitical risk, travel security, and business continuity, and travel up to 25% as needed. A corporate/international background and strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a corporate/international environment, ideally with people and vendor management responsibilities.
  • Experience with CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems.
  • Experience in travel security and crisis management.

Our Global Security Team team is seeking a Regional Security Coordinator - Europe to join our team in one of our European markets. In this position you will work closely with business leaders and teams across E&A to support the implementation of security standards and develop solutions addressing local and regional risks.

Your role

As Regional Security Coordinator, you will coordinate security activities across complex region. Reporting to the Global Head of Security, you will work closely with regional leadership and key functions including People, Finance, IT and Legal. You will support the implementation of security standards and procedures, conduct risk and threat assessments, coordinate security operations and support crisis and incident management.

As the regional security subject matter expert, you will provide expert advice to business leaders, particularly in relation to geopolitical risk, security threats and business continuity.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Broad experience in corporate security, physical security, risk management, investigations, law enforcement, military or a related field
  • Experience in a corporate/international environment, ideally with people and vendor management responsibilities
  • Experience with CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems
  • Experience in travel security and crisis management
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate independently and make decisions in sensitive situations
  • High emotional and social intelligence
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional evenings and weekends
