Job summary

Grundfos Water Treatment in Central-Eastern Europe seeks a Sales & Services Cluster Manager to drive performance and transformation across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Ukraine. You will lead a 120-person organization through post-merger integration, building a commercially strong culture and sustainable growth in the region.

This role requires a Master’s in business or engineering, 5+ years of senior leadership in water treatment, and proven P&L ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior leadership in water treatment or related industrial solutions.
• Proven track record of P&L-responsible business units with complex solution sales to industrial enterprises.
• Experience with post-merger integration or large-scale organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the cluster's business strategy, budget and growth plans.
• Lead organizational transformation and embed change in daily operations.
• Build and develop a team of country leaders overseeing a €23M sales portfolio.
• Identify market opportunities and drive profitable growth in industrial water solutions.
• Break down silos across Sales, Service, Engineering and Project Delivery.
• Own P&L, resources and risk management aligned with strategy.
