Job summary

Seco Tools' Solva division seeks a Solva Regional Project Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects across East/ Central Europe. You will coordinate Solva Offer Leadership, Delivery Leadership, and Capability Support with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to translate manufacturing challenges into measurable outcomes.

Travel regionally to support opportunity assessment, workshops, and execution; report to the Solva Global Project Manager; drive governance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, technical project leadership, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading complex customer projects and coordinating cross-functional contributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solva project delivery following the Solva Way of Working: Discovery, Assessment, Proposal, Agreement, Execution, Partnership, Support.
• Own execution quality, customer communication, milestones, risk management, and governance.
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, and customers to deliver measurable outcomes.
