Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Regional Productivity & Improvement Specialist for HR Shared Services. You will drive continuous improvement, automation, and AI initiatives across HRSC operations in EMEA, partnering with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver tangible productivity gains.

You will mentor colleagues, lead CI projects end-to-end, and leverage Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Copilot, and Workday to scale solutions and foster best practices across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in HR Shared Services, Operations or Process Improvement is valued.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or CI concepts is a plus.

You will work with operational teams to identify opportunities, prioritize improvements, implement solutions, and build local capability. You will be the bridge between HRSC operations and the global productivity function, addressing local needs while supporting the global productivity function in adopting global standards and initiatives.
