Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking a Regional Plant Controlling Manager for Poland to harmonize plant-controlling activities across several facilities. The role combines hands-on cost analysis with a broader regional perspective and interaction with senior finance and operations leadership.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting, partnering with Plant Management to drive productivity, cost efficiency, and data quality. Hybrid work with international exposure is offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in manufacturing controlling within a complex environment.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, variance analysis, and productivity monitoring.
• Experience translating cost data into actionable improvement actions.
• Experience establishing or improving controlling processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage Plant Controlling activities including cost analysis, productivity monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Partner with Plant Management to identify cost drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop standardized controlling methodologies, KPIs, and reporting across sites.
• Analyze direct labour, material costs, overhead absorption, and production costs for performance reporting.
• Coordinate cross-site Plant Controlling across locations and benchmark best practices.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operational decisions.
• Enhance SAP use and plant reporting for cost accounting and product costing.
• Coach and develop controlling capabilities and foster a performance culture.
