Job summary

Flix is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Poland, Baltics & Finland to own end-to-end operational performance of our transport network across a dynamic multi-country region.

You will define regional strategy, lead relationships with transport partners, authorities, and regulators, monitor KPIs, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enable regional growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations management, ideally in transport, mobility, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record leading regional or multi-country operations with accountability for performance, quality and budget.
• Excellent stakeholder management across partners, authorities, and senior internal stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to present performance insights to senior leadership.
• Fluent in English and Polish; fluency in another regional language is a plus.

About the Role

• Own and drive operational performance, ensuring transport services are delivered reliably, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Define and execute the regional operations strategy in alignment with Flix's broader business objectives, acting as the senior operational authority for the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transport partners, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and service resilience across the region
• Monitor and report on regional KPIs, using data to inform decisions and present performance insights to senior leadership
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Network Development, Legal, and Central Operations teams to support regional growth

About You

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations management, ideally within transport, mobility, logistics, or a similarly complex, fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of leading regional or multi-country operations with full accountability for performance, quality, and budget
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate relationships with partners, authorities, and senior internal stakeholders across different markets
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong analytical skills and comfort presenting performance insights to senior leadership
• Fluent in English and Polish; fluency inanother regional language is a plus
• Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth international environment is a plus
