The Regional Marketing Manager will manage all WI (Water Infrastructure) – Transport marketing activities for Eastern and Central Europe regions and optimize our marketing efforts to serve our key customers, generate leads and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the global WI (Water Infrastructure) marketing team to implement global strategy and initiatives in the region to engage existing and potential customers to drive revenue growth and generate leads.

  • Work closely with the Sales, Product and Business Development teams in the region to understand customers’ needs and perceptions, and to optimize marketing campaigns across all offline and digital channels.

  • Lead and support local adaptation of global segment messaging and guidelines, assisting in planning and implementation for activities related to sales, marketing, and tradeshows and events.

  • Develop and implement plan to support WI channel partners’ marketing.

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a sustainable digital marketing model to optimize stakeholder engagement and online campaign performance.

  • Manage existing regional digital platforms including websites, marketing automation tools and social media. Implement and manage, if necessary, new digital tools. Develop and curate regional high impact content when relevant.

  • Drive proactive and continuous communication among business partners to ensure active and informed involvement on regional marketing initiatives.

  • Manage marketing budget strategically to maximize ROI, ensure cost efficiency, and align spending with overall business and region objectives.

  • Lead the development and execution of lead management to drive pipeline growth and conversion.

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plan that integrate segment strategy, market insights, and customer engagement objective to support business growth.

Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, branding, and communications in a corporate environment, ideally with a MNC.

  • Excellent verbal, written and proofreading skills.

  • Ability to navigate change, proactively drive progress, and remain focused in a fast-evolving business environment.

  • Tech‑savvy, social media savvy and intuitive with great ideas to shape and drive our regional digital marketing strategy.

  • Ability to lead projects and initiatives, and manage internal/external resources within a fixed budget and deadline.

  • Ability to work well in cross‑functional and cross‑national teams and create strong internal partnerships.

  • Experience in event planning, e‑marketing and agency interaction.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Preferred: Proficient with content management systems, marketing automation tools.

  • Preferred: Experience with B2B marketing.

  • Independent and pro‑active.

  • Ability to travel, including internationally.
