Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance in renewables, real estate, infrastructure or project-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with SPVs, project finance, and long-term contracts.
• Solid background in accounting, controlling and financial reporting (IFRS).
• Good understanding of tax and financing mechanics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial agenda for Poland and CEE.
• Support development, construction, and operational phases of projects.
• Responsible for full financial framework of Polish portfolio.
• Financial modelling and controlling of projects.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
