Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, technology, business management or a related field.
• Extensive background in sales, service or project execution within the power generation industry.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution with direct P&L responsibility desirable.
• Experience leading diverse, multicultural teams across remote and local settings.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders; travel >50% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured, multi-product growth strategy for Controls, Electrical, and Digitalization.
• Translate regional strategy into operations across Europe and Africa.
• Lead business development and monitor market dynamics to capture market share.
• Hold P&L accountability and meet financial targets while driving growth.
• Mentor and build high-performance regional teams and foster transformation.
